We are looking for a Senior AI Strategy Expert who can guide organizations in taking the next step in their AI journey.

In this role, you collaborate closely with executive leadership and senior stakeholders to shape AI and data strategies, often starting from scratch, and turn them into actionable transformation initiatives.

You combine high-level strategic insight with a practical mindset, enabling organizations to build long-term, scalable AI capabilities.

Alongside client work, you will also play an important role in strengthening our internal expertise around AI transformation and enablement.

This position is intended for a strategic professional who can connect vision with execution — it is not a hands-on data analysis role.

Responsibilities

Shaping AI and data strategies

You support organizations in defining and driving their data and AI ambitions:

• Design AI and data strategies tailored to organizational needs
• Convert strategic goals into clear roadmaps and initiatives
• Help prioritize efforts and justify investments
• Guide the setup of AI governance and capability frameworks
• Advise on technology landscapes, data architecture, and AI solutions in a fast-moving ecosystem

Acting as a trusted advisor

You engage directly with senior leadership:

• Lead strategic discussions and workshops
• Structure complex decision-making around AI and data
• Serve as a reliable sparring partner at executive level

Connecting strategy to execution

You ensure strategies are effectively implemented:

• Translate high-level plans into practical execution approaches
• Support the development of internal AI and data capabilities
• Help teams adopt and scale data-driven practices

Strengthening the AI & Data practice

You contribute to growing our expertise:

• Help build and expand a knowledge base around AI transformation
• Develop frameworks, tools, and methodologies
• Coach and support junior colleagues
• Contribute to thought leadership and positioning in the market

Business development

You also play a role in expanding opportunities:

• Contribute to proposals and strategic client engagements
• Identify new opportunities within client organizations
• Translate business challenges into impactful transformation programs

Ideal Profile

We are looking for a senior profile with a strategic mindset and the ability to guide organizations through data-driven change.

• Extensive experience in AI and data strategy within complex environments
• A track record of building strategies from the ground up
• The ability to convert strategy into actionable plans
• Experience with data governance, maturity frameworks, and operating models
• Strong exposure to executive-level advisory work
• Understanding of AI applications, data architecture, and digital transformation
• Enough technical understanding to advise on platforms, architectures, and AI solutions
• The ability to align business, technology, and organizational perspectives
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
• Engaging with senior leadership and C-level stakeholders
