For the Digital & Data portfolio, and more specifically for the Web Solutions team, we are looking for a Analyst Developer Web Platform LIFERAY.

Context

• The Web Solutions team is responsible for the development and maintenance of the Group websites:
• Public websites based on Liferay.
• Customer portals that enable customers to view and manage their insurance policies.
• Transversal components needed to digitalize the insurance business: customer identification & authorization (CIAM), electronic signature (e-signature), electronic payment (e-payment) and Mulesoft API's.
• More generally, the Analyst Developer is responsible for designing, testing and implementing ICT programs. He/she must guarantee the quality, user-friendliness and performance of integrated systems, and assume the role of reference in the development environment in order to deliver quality systems, in accordance with known and predefined standards and within the agreed schedule.
• He/she works in an Agile team and collaborates closely with the Solution and Business Analysts, the Solution Architect and the Product Owner to deliver solutions that best support the needs and challenges of the business.
• For this position, we are looking for a profile with experience in technical analysis and web platform developments to help us on a journey to completely overhaul the organization of our current platform in Liferay.

Responsibilities and tasks

Systems development

• Write, correct and test programs based on detailed analyses; carry out integration, regression and performance tests to verify consistency and interaction with other application components.

Technical design

• Translate the functional analysis into a technical analysis, in order to create a framework within which the system will be built, and establish an overall, documented technical analysis.

Acceptance testing

• Support the IT team in setting up an acceptance test environment, as well as the users in carrying out these tests; critically analyze the results and make (or have made) the necessary modifications.

Go live

• Putting into production and following up new developments (programs, parameterization, documentation, etc.), taking into account possible interactions with other areas and subject to approval by the business; providing technical support during the implementation of major projects;

Analysis and customer orientation

• Analyze the technical and functional viewpoints of new requests or problems and create the necessary interactions with requesters.

Ideal profile

• Experience (+5 years) in the development of web platforms
• Experience in React, Javascript, CSS and HTML development.
• Experience in Liferay or another platform is a plus.
• Experience in Mulesoft is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience of working in an Agile team is a plus.
• Experience in test definition.
• Analytical and judgmental skills.
• Good communicator, open-minded, assertive, enthusiastic, stress-resistant and proactive.
• Knowledge of French or Dutch and English.
