Development of new IT solutions (applications, tools, …)
Maintenance of existing IT landscape
Acting as third line technical support on incidents and problems raised by users for local applications.
You will manage a team of 4 developers in Brussels and supervise the priorities and deliveries of an extended team of 6 developers in Lisbon.
In the function, you will combine 3 'Roles'
People manager
You manage the daily functioning of RAD and represent RAD to the management.
You motivate team members, give them the means to grow.
You follow an open feedback culture and continuous evaluation.
You manage the contracts of the externals based on the actual needs.
You promote a good team atmosphere and collaboration.
Project manager
You oversee 35 active applications for different business lines and manage priorities.
You discuss and follow up on the budget for the different applications/business lines.
You prepare and participate to different management & prioritization meetings.
Security expert
You ensure that the technological standards and the security rules are followed for all applications.
You follow the secured development process.
You complete all IT control plans and audits.
Ideal Profile
Languages: Dutch or French - Good knowledge is a plus; English - In depth knowledge is required (both orally and written)
Educatio:n Academic background in economics, informatics or sciences.
3-5 years experience
