The Autodesk Vault and Construction Cloud applications will play a crucial role in implementing and assuring the new way of working, optimising internal workflows as well as the collaboration between its external business partners.
The new tools and workflows will be implemented in a way that provides BIM-level standardisation as we’re seeing a broad tendency across European electricity transport providers (TSOs) to move to standardised and modern, data-driven ways of working which enable significant efficiency and productivity gains.

Core competency
Good knowledge and expertise of the Vault system, including the ability to implement interfaces, workflows, meta data structures and roles & responsibilities
Remark
All tasks will be carried out in the context of the Smart Substation Design Tool project. The Vault and ACC expert will be working within a team of business analysts, application experts, data analysts and other specialisations (e.g. interface developer).
Vault assignments to be performed
Advise about projects & IT Architecture about best-practice information structures
Implement, configure and deploy the Vault installation
Configure and activate the workflows
Support the onboarding of user population onto the Vault system
Administrating (admin role) the Vault system
Enforce adherence to standards and rules within the Vault context
Integrate Vault with other systems & ACC (identify interfaces)
Set up the governance rules and processes for managing the system (incl. backups and including the ACC level)
Document system, workflows, data structures and governance on Legonet or similar document system
ACC services to be performed
Integrate the users and external suppliers in a single work environment
Configure ACC and ACC modules (functionality, workflows, user, checklists & rules tailored to project and organisational needs)
Integrate ACC instance(s) with the Vault(s)
ACC extra services (Ability is a plus point, not mandatory)
Based on API, provide on-need integration with other internal and external applications
Service Requirements
Vault
Experienced admin-level Vault expert (deployment, configuration, administration)
Admin-level SQL knowledge
Plus point: Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP)
Autodesk Construction Cloud
Admin-level ACC technical abilities for workflows, roles, task and access management
Solid technical knowledge on configuration of workflows, roles and rights
Languages: English - Mandatory ; Dutch / French - Either Dutch or French is mandatory, Dutch and French together a plus
