Responsibilities

• Designing, building, and optimizing Azure architectures (IaaS, PaaS, and serverless).
• Implementing and maintaining Azure Function Apps, Logic Apps, Azure Automation, and Azure Storage.
• Setting up and managing modern CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions.
• Implementing and optimizing Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and container-based workloads.
• Defining and managing Azure Governance (Policies, RBAC, landing zones).
• Providing technical guidance and advice to the internal team.
• Troubleshooting and optimizing the performance of cloud workloads.
• Advising on best practices, cost optimization, and automation.
• Working on modern Azure cloud initiatives with a strong focus on automation, containers, and serverless.
• Having a major impact on the further development and evolution of an Azure platform.

Ideal Profile

• At least 8 years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure, including 5+ years with Azure.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Azure Function Apps & Logic Apps
  • Azure Automation & Infrastructure as Code
  • Azure Storage
  • Azure API Management
  • Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
  • CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• Solid understanding of Azure governance (Policies, RBAC, security best practices).
• Experience designing scalable and secure cloud environments.
• Analytical, self-driven, and strong communication skills.
• Languages: Dutch (native), English (professional proficiency).

Certifications (Nice to Have)

• MCSE Private Cloud
• MCSA Windows Server (2008 R2 / 2012 / 2016)
• Azure certifications are a strong asset.
