Your mission is to build and scale the systems that power our operations—ensuring they are reliable, efficient, and adaptable as we grow.

Tasks

• Own and evolve our back-end toolstack and architecture
• Turn business needs (Sales, Ops, Finance) into scalable solutions
• Lead system integrations, especially in M&A contexts
• Build integrations between Odoo and external tools (CRM, billing, e-signature)
• Drive automation to improve efficiency across teams
• Run experiments to optimize workflows and performance

Ideal Profile

• Experience in back-end development, solution architecture, or ERP/CRM systems
• Strong expertise with ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
• Proficiency in Python; Rust is a plus
• Interest in AI and experimentation
• Focus on clean, maintainable systems
• Ability to work across teams and communicate with non-technical stakeholders
