We are looking for a BI Analyst to join our BI team as soon as possible.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role requiring strong autonomy and the ability to operate across business and technical domains, with a strong focus on data analysis, domain understanding, and ensuring the quality and consistency of BI outputs.

Objective

The objective of this role is to support the BI team in understanding business domains, analysing data, and ensuring that BI solutions meet business expectations in terms of quality, consistency, and relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand, clarify, and challenge requirements; translate them into structured functional and data specifications
• Act as the interface between business and BI teams, ensuring alignment and feasibility within the existing data architecture
• Analyse and validate data in Oracle using SQL, supporting investigations, reconciliation, and performance optimisation
• Assess, design, and optimise data flows across systems (source, staging, DWH, reporting), including ETL processes
• Ensure data quality and consistency through structured validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis
• Support and enhance BI solutions (Strategy/MicroStrategy), including data modelling and reporting validation
• Own and drive topics end-to-end in collaboration with Strategy/ETL developers
• Proactively identify risks, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities, and drive their resolution
• Build domain knowledge, support business users, and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing

Ideal profile

Education

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in BI, data analysis, or functional analysis
• Strong experience working with business stakeholders and translating requirements
• Hands-on experience analysing data in relational databases (Oracle preferred)
• Experience with BI tools (MicroStrategy / Strategy is a plus)

• Exposure to data governance and data quality frameworks (data ownership, data lineage, validation processes)
