Bot Developer

As a Bot Developer, you are one of the technical specialists of the team. You design and develop Conversations, so that new cases can be introduced.

In this role, you will work on multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from small improvements to larger strategic initiatives, all focused on making our AI chatbot smarter, more accurate, and more aware of the features and services available to clients.

You uphold the quality, update and expand the code base.

You have a good sense of ownership and will work closely with other team members, Product Owner and Scrum Master.

For good team dynamics and to strenghten collaboration we search for people locally available in Belgium. Attendance in the office is required for at least 50% (min. 1 day in Leuven, 1 or 2 other days in Leuven or Gent).

Knowledge (Must Have)

  • Python: relevant working experience

  • Java (preferred Spring)

  • Knowledge of continuous integration & development principles

  • GIT

  • Cloud native principles (microservices, RESTful design)

  • Experience with LLMs and generative AI

  • Experience integrating APIs and backend systems
