You contribute to data quality, reporting, and the functional management of the SaaS platform used for vendor and contract management.

Your Role Within the Team

Vendor & Contract Management Processes

• You support the entire vendor lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and collaborate with procurement, risk, legal, and operational teams to ensure consistent processes. You help improve processes related to third-party risk management, performance monitoring, and contract renewals.

Data Management & Data Quality

• You manage the data model and ensure data quality within the SaaS platform. You establish data governance controls and validation rules and ensure that vendor and contract data is complete, accurate, and audit-ready.

Reporting & Regulatory Compliance

• You prepare regulatory reports (DORA, EBA Outsourcing Guidelines, ICT Third-Party Risk) and provide dashboards and KPIs for management reporting. You translate regulatory requirements into practical processes and reporting standards.

SaaS Platform Administration

• You act as the functional administrator of the SaaS vendor and contract management platform. You configure workflows, templates, fields, and integrations. You support platform users, prepare user documentation, and test new releases.

Analysis & Continuous Improvement

• You identify optimization opportunities based on data insights, stakeholder feedback, and industry best practices. You contribute to vendor management and compliance initiatives and translate business needs into clear functional requirements.

Ideal Profile

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role
• Solid knowledge of vendor management, contract management, procurement, or risk management
• Strong skills in data analysis and reporting (Power BI, Excel, SQL)
• Experience with SaaS platform configuration and functional application management
• Knowledge of outsourcing governance and financial regulations (DORA, EBA) is considered an asset
• Strong analytical mindset with a structured and detail-oriented approach
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bring teams together and foster collaboration
