As a Business Analyst, your role will be to be an expert in payroll while expanding your technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish the link between business and IT needs to ensure optimal responses and increased efficiency.

• In collaboration with your colleagues, you will be co-responsible for second-line support at integration level, including analysis and problem-solving when reading development data.

• Identify and pass on complex internal customer queries to the IT team, while providing operational support for less complex issues.

• You will also be responsible for onboarding new and existing customers, including analyzing needs in collaboration with the business and testing new interfaces.

• Propose innovative solutions to internal or external customer requests and disseminate new procedures or program updates.

Ideal Profile

• You have at least a Bachelor's degree, ideally with an IT orientation.

• You already have experience with APIs and database management tools such as SQL.

• Ability to take initiatives in collaboration with colleagues.

• Knowledge of ITIL principles is a strong asset.

• Analytical mindset and solution/result orientation.

• Focus on customer satisfaction with excellent communication skills.

• Extensive experience in comprehensive payroll management.

• At least a good command of French and Dutch.
