Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Business Analyst to join Their team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, business requirements management expertise, and experience in logistics, aviation, or ground handling industries. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, processes, and data, ensuring effective communication between IT and business stakeholders, and coordinating testing and training activities.
Responsibilities
Provide a structured, business-oriented analysis of requirements, processes, and data to produce clear and unambiguous documentation of business requirements.
Ensure that proposals delivered by IT suppliers are fully understood, meet the business requirements, and are communicated effectively to the user community.
Assist in establishing business rules, business processes, and performance measurements to evaluate deliverables during and after implementation.
Prepare test approaches, test scenarios, and test cases, as well as the necessary data for test execution.
Execute functional and integration testing while coordinating with end-users and IT colleagues.
Support the creation of training materials and deliver training sessions as needed.
Ideal Profile
Strong analytical skills with experience in use cases, user stories, functional decomposition, process/activity mapping, business requirements statements, structured English, and functional parts of systems architecture statements.
A problem solver with a logical approach to understanding systems and processes.
Excellent coordination skills with the ability to listen and bring the right parties together at the right time with limited oversight.
Proven experience in Business Requirements Management (BRM) techniques, including gathering, analysis, modeling, and review.
Working knowledge of Jira is beneficial.
Experience with test management tools such as QTest and service management tools like ServiceNow is an advantage.
