As a Business Analyst, you will be part of our IT team and report directly to the IT Manager. You will work closely with various departments to analyze, optimize and document business processes. You will act as a crucial link between operational teams, IT experts and other stakeholders, contributing to making our processes and systems more efficient.

Responsibilities

• Mapping and analyzing business processes, focusing on areas such as planning, logistics and controlling.

• Identify inefficiencies and formulate process optimizations.

• Implementing improvement projects and using project management techniques.

• Function as SAP expert and first point of contact for operational support.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions.

• Support and oversee training for key users.

• Present analyses and recommendations to stakeholders and management.

Ideal Profile

• You have a Master's degree or equivalent through experience.

• You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.

• You have affinity with operational processes, production planning and controlling, and are eager to learn.

• You are analytically strong, process-oriented and able to oversee cross-departmental processes.

• You have extensive experience with IT tools and SAP ERP systems.

• You have excellent communication skills and can establish a strategic partnership with internal clients.

• You are results-oriented and can manage projects efficiently.

• You are fluent in Dutch and you can express yourself in French. In addition, you are willing to take a basic German course.
