Tasks

• Project management within business solutions and/or across the organization: day to day follow up of the project and monitor planning and budget

• Analysis of the business needs, conception of solutions and describing requirements (input for IT)

• Definition of test approach and creation of clear test plans

• Execution of the test cases described in the test plan and logging bugs in a clear way

• Coordination of testers, communication about the test progress and collaborating with IT about the repair

• Delivery and Support of solutions

• Facilitate the collaboration between IT and other stakeholders as legal, marketing, …

Ideal Profile

• Languages: English - Good; Dutch - Good/Fluent; French - Good/Fluent

• Education: University License/Master (Business/Commercial engineering, Applied Economic Sciences…)

Business experience

• Experience tester (5-8 years)

• Experience Business analyst (5-8 years)

Preferable

• Experience in technical environment (software development) (5-8 years)

• Experience in insurance (2-5 years)

Technical experience

• Methodological working Senior (5 y - 8 y)

Preferable

• Experience with applications on mainframe is plus, but certainly not mandatory (2 y - 5 y)

• Functional experience required (job experience in particular industry and in particular function)
