Experience
Minimum 3 years in Business Analysis, preferably within global COTS implementation programs.
Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements for booking and ACS-related applications.
Document requirements using the designated requirements management tool.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate their needs into structured business requirements.
Work closely with IT teams and expert users to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
Maintain consistent communication and coordination with stakeholders across various organizational levels.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), working alongside super users to validate that applications meet business needs.
Prepare and maintain key documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides.
Assist in application release activities to support smooth production deployment.
