Experience
Minimum 6 years in Business or Systems Analysis, with a strong background in global COTS implementations, business transformation, and complex integrations.
Responsibilities
Present and demonstrate proposed business solutions to key stakeholders.
Analyze user needs and support the generation of both functional and non-functional system requirements.
Collaborate on translating business requirements into solution designs, contributing to trade-off discussions when needed.
Ensure high quality and completeness of system use cases, user interface specifications, and related documentation.
Maintain consistency and traceability across all requirements artifacts.
Identify and document gaps between out-of-the-box solutions and business needs.
Support project-related activities including training, implementation, and post-go-live support.
Coordinate the creation of user manuals, training guides, and online help resources.
Work closely with the Project Manager (Workstream Lead) to align requirements and timelines.
Manage requirements in the approved tool to an appropriate level of detail, supporting full traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
