You work within the Business Value Streams Savings & Payments and Digital, acting as a bridge between business and IT. You capture and analyze business requirements, organize workshops with various stakeholders (business, customer experience, legal, compliance), and follow up on the end-to-end delivery, including test coordination. You validate whether the solutions effectively address customer needs and contribute to efficient, user-friendly, and data-driven self-service processes.
Ideal Profile
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile
Dutch and English (business fluent)
Senior profile (5–8 years of experience)
Strong domain knowledge of Savings & Payments, transaction processing, and digital self-service flows
Experience as a business analyst and/or process engineer within the banking and insurance sector
Experience with project-based work and stakeholder management
