Support functional and technical experts globally in describing, implementing and supporting systems
Provide application support for Quality, Safety, Training and Crew Planning solutions
Investigate, analyze, and validate user (change) requests to drive continuous improvement
Liaise closely with aviation expert users, IT functions and 3rd‑party software suppliers
Coordinate work packs within a project context
Prepare and support new customizations, functions and modules across all project stages (Analysis, Design, Testing, Implementation):
Write clear and unambiguous requirements, processes and data descriptions
Prepare and execute test cases, scenarios and test data
Coordinate business managers and IT colleagues
Support global end‑user training and implementation
Ideal Profile
Master’s degree or equivalent industry experience; airline background (Flight Operations or Crew Planning) is a strong plus
Knowledge of Quality & Safety, Training Management and/or Crew Planning tools such as EFOS, Pelesys, iSQMS, Webmanuals and/or AIMS is an asset
Minimum 5 years in an analytical, application support, project‑oriented or operational aviation role
Strong problem‑solver with logical thinking around data, systems and processes
Strong coordination skills; able to act with limited oversight and involve the correct stakeholders
Fluent in English (spoken and written) with clear, concise communication
Excellent PC skills and IT aptitude; experience with ServiceNow, JIRA and QTest is an advantage
Experience or knowledge in managing projects or work packs
