Our client is looking for a Business Analyst Digital Fraud Prevention to accelerate the further development of digital security for customers. You will work within the Business Value Streams Savings & Payments and Digital, acting as the bridge between business and IT.
You capture business needs (business requirements), understand and analyze them in depth, and critically challenge them where necessary. You organize workshops with all stakeholders (business experts, customer experience experts, and colleagues from legal and compliance) to identify requirements. You follow up on the implementation end-to-end within the internal collaboration model, including coordinating business acceptance testing. You validate whether solutions effectively address customer needs.
You will work in a competence center with around 15 fellow business analysts, where knowledge sharing is central. Through your role within the digital fraud prevention domain, you directly contribute to safer, more user-friendly, and data-driven processes that provide customers with greater security in the app and digital channels.

Experience as a business analyst and/or process engineer within the banking and insurance sector is a must
Strong business knowledge related to Savings & Payments

Minimum of 5 years of experience within the banking and insurance sector and at least 5 years of experience in project work and stakeholder management
Both Dutch and English are required for this assignment (business fluent)

To play a key role in this domain, basic knowledge of banking products, particularly Savings & Payment products, as well as knowledge of digital app and internet banking, is essential.
