Data & Delivery is responsible for selecting, prioritising and executing change initiatives in line with the organisation’s strategy. Together with your colleagues, you will help the organisation become even more data-driven.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and challenge business requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into clear expectations for project teams, software vendors and outsourcing partners.
• Follow up on implementation and delivery tracks through the organisation’s collaboration model and validate whether the proposed solutions adequately address the defined requirements.
• Look beyond the initial request and identify opportunities to make the organisation more efficient and data-driven.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience within a financial institution.
• Experience implementing an external software package or third-party solution.
• Knowledge of the development of digital channels, including mobile and internet banking, as well as a good understanding of the Wealth Management domain.
• Strong analytical thinking skills, while maintaining a clear view of the bigger picture.
• Proactive mindset and strong coordination skills, with the ability to capture business requirements from various stakeholders and translate these into actionable items for IT.
• You are persistent, take ownership and actively help drive initiatives forward.
• You communicate clearly and openly and are a good listener. You understand that effective communication is a two-way process. An excellent command of Dutch is therefore essential.
• Whether working independently, with colleagues from your own team or as part of a project team, you are able to adapt your working style and communication to the circumstances.
• You have at least 5 years of experience within the banking and insurance sector, including at least 3 years of experience in project-based environments and stakeholder management within an Agile context.
