Our client is strongly committed to combating fraud, including phishing. They develop features to prevent fraud and give customers more ways to protect themselves. These initiatives are brought together under the Digital Fraud Prevention project.
They are looking for a Business Analyst – Fraud Prevention to accelerate the further development of digital security for retail and business customers. You will work within the Savings & Payments and Digital Business Value Streams, acting as a bridge between business and IT.
You will gather business requirements, understand and analyse them in depth, and critically challenge them. You will organise workshops with all relevant stakeholders, including business experts, customer experience experts, and colleagues from Legal and Compliance, to identify their needs. You will oversee delivery end to end within Argenta’s collaboration model, including coordinating business acceptance testing. You will validate whether the solutions effectively address customer needs.
You will join a competence centre with around 15 fellow business analysts, where knowledge sharing is a key priority. Through your role in digital fraud prevention, you will directly contribute to safer, user-friendly and data-driven processes that enhance customer security in the Argenta app and across its digital channels.
Ideal Profile

Experience as a business analyst and/or process engineer in the banking and insurance sector is essential.
Thorough business knowledge of digital banking, savings and payments, and business banking, including professional customers and legal entities.
Experience with digital banking subscription management, mandates and limit management is a strong asset.
Knowledge of automation solutions, such as RPA, and experience evaluating operational tools are an advantage.
The ability to flag challenges before they develop into problems.

At least 5 years of experience in the banking and insurance sector, and at least 5 years of experience in project-based work involving stakeholder management.
Business fluency in both Dutch and English is required for this assignment.

Stakeholder Management
Understand the needs of our digital services, including the app and internet banking, while also considering Operations, Compliance, IT and Risk.
Work closely with the Epic Owner, Product Owner, Domain Analyst and Tester.
Collaborate closely with various business stakeholders, such as the Digital Experience Expert, Financial Crime Analyst and Customer Experience Expert.
Strategic Insight
We are specifically looking for additional expertise to support digital banking initiatives for both retail and business customers. The focus is on the continued development of subscription management and limit management across digital channels. This includes analysing how limit management can be separated for retail and business banking, as well as optimising subscription logic.
To succeed in this role, you will combine a solid understanding of banking products and digital channels, including the app and internet banking, with knowledge of business banking, business customer structures, powers of attorney, account holders and subscription management. You will understand how changes affect the customer experience, operational processes, compliance and the IT landscape, and translate these impacts into clear business requirements and forward-looking solutions.
We are specifically seeking additional expertise in subscription management, business banking and limit management, where close collaboration between business stakeholders, digital teams and IT is essential.
