Currently we are seeking a driven Business Analyst / Functional Analyst to enrich our IT Asset Management capabilities. You'll be at the forefront of transforming IT processes through innovative solutions. You'll analyze requirements, identify gaps and improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet the needs within our architectural standards.
You will work closely with stakeholders from different parts of the organization (system architects, SAP team, ServiceNow team), process managers and others to optimize our data model, streamline and automate workflows, and enhance process maturity.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the IT Process Office.
Proactively create cost-effective IT solutions in an agile manner. Support problem solving initiatives, with focus on sound end-to-end processes
Coordinate with IT Process Managers to ensure integration and standardization across related processes (e.g., incident, change, request management).
Gather and validate requirements from stakeholders across IT, business domains and regulators and translate those into the working solutions.
Perform root cause analyses and formulate remedials in case of issues
Support testing and validation of new features and process changes. Contribute to change management activities.
Document processes and configurations clearly and maintain traceability of decisions and actions.
Together with System architect analyze and optimize the IT asset management data model, ensuring alignment with different requirements.
Support epics where process aspects are important

ServiceNow: Core platform for asset and configuration management, integrated with multiple systems.
