The Change Manager is responsible for managing changes from their submission to their closure with the main objective of facilitating the execution of these with a minimum impact for the businesses ensuring that the changes made do not present unacceptable risks. He/she must detect possible conflicts between the different changes and propose the most appropriate date for the transition to production. He ensures the implementation and continuous improvement of the change management process within operational teams.
Tasks
Ensure the quality of change requests and compliance with notice deadlines
Monitor change requests throughout their life cycle
Organize and/or Participate in change review bodies
Communicate on the list of changes and the associated risks
Ensure compliance with the change management process
Be the referent of the management process changes and sharing good practices
Ensure strategy is adapted including the new changes and operationnal follow-up of the changes implementation in the teams
Coaching of the team members to ensure proper use of the new tools / strategy

Ensure that the object of the change has been tested and validated
Ensure that the risk incurred has been properly understood and consistent with the group's rules.
Ensure that if necessary, the rollback has been described and tested.
Track change requests throughout their lifecycle
Accompany change in these different stages
Conduct a Post Implementation Review (PIR)
Organize and/or Participate in change review instances
Organize or participate in change review bodies to decide on changes
Identify potential conflicts between changes and determine the date the most suitable for the transition to production
Communicate on the list of changes and the associated risks
Ensure that changes are all correctly recorded
Communicate the list of changes to be validated and to come to all stakeholders
Draw the necessary attention of management to significant changes in Production
Develop statistics on changes made
Ensure compliance with the change management process
Ensure that the change management process is followed from creation to closing.
Be proactive regarding the continuous improvement of the change management process and associated indicators.
Provide support in the use of the change management tool.
Ideal Profile
Language requirements: Dutch, French and English - all fluent
Education: Master degree or equivalent by experience
Required experience / knowledge
At least 8 years of relevant experience in Collection environment
