Together with your colleagues, you will work in an agile environment to design, build and manage data warehouses, data lakes and data analytics applications.

Tasks

• Contribute to the development of a new Microsoft Azure Cloud PaaS supporting data analytics and data warehousing applications

• Design and develop frameworks and tooling that enable our data developers (data engineers, data scientists, analysts, etc.) to work more efficiently and effectively

• Identify and analyze issues and develop appropriate solutions

• Document existing and new applications and integrations

• Participate in IT projects with internal and external partners

• Provide support for other applications such as data warehouses (Oracle, ODI) and Tableau

Ideal Profile

• You hold a Master’s degree (preferably in an IT-related field) or have equivalent experience

• You are able to analyze large volumes of data while maintaining a clear overview

• Whether working independently, with vendors or within project teams, you adapt your working methods and communication to the situation

• You take initiative and are able to work autonomously

• The Microsoft Azure Cloud ecosystem holds few secrets for you:

• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)

• Python

• Azure Kubernetes

• Azure data platforms (Databricks)

• Git and CI/CD pipelines

• Knowledge of Linux scripting, dbt and Airflow orchestration is a strong asset

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a DevOps engineering context
