Together with your fellow system engineers you maintain our platform. Our internal customers, the delivery teams, work according to the DevOps principle and are therefore also responsible for the operational side of the applications. We, the team, are responsible for the reusable components, such as logging, metrics, AMQ, vulnerability scanning and for the global resource management (adding nodes) and adding new products to the platform. We also make sure that the delivery teams have the necessary documentation, checklists, best practices, ... to make their application run optimally and securely.

The job therefore consists of both new development and bug fixing and maintenance, writing and updating documentation. There is also a rotation to answer questions from less experienced delivery developers.

You will be working in a strong team, consisting of senior and strong medior profiles. There is intensive collaboration in the team, both with the other system engineers and with the DEV people, the Product Owner, System Architect and Scrum Master. You will be supported by an experienced mentor who will make sure that you can start working on your first tickets as soon as possible.

You have a solid experience with Kubernetes
Preferably you also have experience with Openshift
