The Salesforce solution expert is part of one of the agile product teams within “Offices & People” and helps to ensure, from A to Z, that the applications within this domain run smoothly. Our salesforce solution includes managing customer master data, CRM and follow-up of leads and propositions.

On short term we are looking for reinforcement in the implementation of several processes to further streamline the communication with the customer, office employee and headquarters using Salesforce as a central solution. Some of the projects we will implement in the coming period are the onboarding of new customers via salesforce, the introduction of Salesforce in the Netherlands and new proposition flows.

Tasks

  • Implementation of new Salesforce processes and modifications to existing implementations (design, configuration, test...).

  • Liaise with business and work out a to-be process together.

  • Prepare, guide and lead Joint Application Design session with different stakeholders.

  • Prepare documentation and provide training and support to the users.

  • Support integrations from Salesforce to other Argenta applications.

Ideal Profile

  • At least 3 years of Salesforce experience.

  • Experience within Financial Service Cloud and Service Cloud.

  • Knowledge of modeling a process in Flow and Omnistudio.

  • Extensive knowledge of case management setup within Salesforce.

  • Strong problem solving skills and creative thinking ability.
