Responsibilities

• Gather and define data needs to help shape the data strategy and vision. This strategy will enable Argenta to launch and refine projects as it prepares for the future.
• Research and develop solutions that provide management with useful data for more informed, data-driven decisions.
• Build simplified, precomputed data marts that give the business quick access to high-quality data and analysis, speeding up reporting.
• Contribute to engaging data science initiatives as a Data Analyst.
• Promote a proactive data-driven culture to strengthen Argenta’s operations strategy.

Requirements

• Experience in a relevant role.
• Comfortable acting as a bridge between business and data, translating business partners’ needs into reports and dashboards.
• Strong communication skills and an ability to connect with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Tableau, SQL or similar tools.
• Interest in Databricks and AI tools.
• Comfortable working on projects involving data science.
• Results-oriented, proactive and analytical.
