Together with your team, you will be responsible for guiding the technical implementation, monitoring, and shared management of the infrastructure that supports our applications for branch offices and headquarters staff.

• Safeguard knowledge, designs, documentation, and system controls, while identifying issues and opportunities for improvement.

• Work with the team to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our systems, as well as their adaptation within a Safe-Agile working methodology.

• Support the progression of epics, help translate them into features and stories, and align with the solutions provided by vendors and manufacturers.

• Report to the Product Owner and Scrum Master on activity progress, issues, risks, and the overall performance of the team.

• A “hands-off” approach to certain services—where you primarily manage and monitor rather than execute—does not discourage you.

Ideal Profile

• Solid knowledge and experience with M365 and its workloads is a must.

• Broad knowledge of M365 workloads such as MS Teams, MS Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and Azure Virtual Desktop is a strong plus.

• Ability to explain the most complex solutions in simple, clear language.

• Flexible working style: whether you are working independently, within your own team, or as part of a project team, you adapt to the situation.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Dev Engineer.
