As a Shared Service Integration team, we are responsible for API integration, data integration/synchronization, and enterprise application integration. We provide high-quality services to internal IT teams, enabling them to build business solutions on top of these capabilities.

Tasks

• Take ownership of assigned integration services to ensure continuity and stability.

• Assist in setting up and implementing native Azure applications such as APIM, ASB, and EventHub on the Azure platform.

• Collaborate with the development team to define technical requirements and system architectures.

• Ensure seamless integration of cloud-based applications with existing on-premise systems.

• Troubleshoot technical challenges and deliver the necessary technical documentation.

• Contribute to features that enhance the functionality, quality, and stability of the integration services.

• Manage communication and alignment with both internal and external stakeholders.

Ideal Profile

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.

• Solid knowledge and experience with integration technologies.

• In-depth expertise in Azure cloud platforms.

• Strong understanding of APIM and ASB; knowledge of EventHub and Data Factory is a plus.

• Experience in developing and implementing APIs, web services, and data integrations on Azure API Management.

• Familiarity with Linux, Oracle, Java, and JavaScript.

• Knowledge of GitHub Actions, SonarQube, or similar platforms.

• Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks.

• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Dynatrace and the ELK stack.

• Proven experience working in an agile (SAFe)/DevOps environment with tools such as 4me and Jira.

• Familiarity with ITIL processes.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication skills; coaching experience is a plus.
