The objective of this assignment is to ensure the continuity of the DPO function and to allow ongoing and planned projects in the field of data protection and privacy to continue without interruption.

The DPO will assume the mandate and responsibilities as defined by applicable regulations and internal agreements, and will act as the point of contact for privacy and data protection within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Taking on the statutory role of Data Protection Officer

• Monitoring compliance with GDPR and related regulations

• Continuing and following up on ongoing DPO-related projects without interruption

• Advising management and staff on data protection and privacy matters

• Supporting projects by ensuring privacy by design and privacy by default

• Handling and following up on questions, reports, and data breaches

• Acting as a contact point for supervisory authorities when necessary

• Collaborating with internal departments to ensure planned initiatives and projects stay on schedule
