As an ICT Enterprise Architect, you will guide the continued development of the ICT landscape. You will translate the organisation’s strategy into a coherent architectural vision and a realistic roadmap, ensuring that investments in applications, data, infrastructure and integrations support our care services and organisational objectives.

• You develop and maintain the enterprise architecture, with a clear vision of the current and future ICT landscape.
• You translate strategic organisational objectives and business needs into target architectures and multi-year transformation roadmaps.
• You map business capabilities, processes, applications, data and technology, and ensure they work together coherently.
• You identify overlap, dependencies and bottlenecks in the ICT landscape, and advise on simplification, standardisation and modernisation.
• You define architecture principles, standards and decision-making frameworks, and organise their adoption across the organisation.
• You advise senior management, business leaders and ICT management on strategic technology choices, investments and priorities.
• You assess projects and change initiatives against the target architecture and clarify the impact of any deviations.
• You guide solution architects, technical experts and external partners to ensure that individual solutions fit within the overall architecture.
• You embed security, privacy, data governance and continuity in the architectural vision.
• You build support for the architecture roadmap and facilitate discussions about trade-offs between organisational value, cost, risk and feasibility.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced architect who combines strategic insight with broad ICT knowledge. You can see the bigger picture in a complex landscape, connect organisational objectives with technology, and bring different stakeholders together around well-supported decisions.

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in ICT, or equivalent experience.
• You have at least five years of relevant architecture experience, with demonstrable responsibility for cross-domain architecture and strategic roadmaps.
• You have experience developing architectural visions, target architectures and transformation plans.
• You can translate business capabilities and organisational needs into priorities for the application, data and technology landscape.
• You have experience with architecture governance and facilitating decision-making on complex ICT issues.
• You have broad knowledge of modern application architectures, cloud platforms such as Azure, data and integration architecture, and security and privacy principles.
• You can assess the strategic value and impact of technology, including APIs, event-driven architecture and cloud.
• You are familiar with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF; experience with ArchiMate is an advantage.
• You communicate clearly with senior management, business leaders, technical teams and suppliers.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.
