In this position, you act as the strategic connector between business ambitions and technological execution. You take ownership of defining enterprise-wide architectural guidelines, shaping target architectures across data, application, and technology domains, and crafting forward-looking IT roadmaps aligned with the long-term objectives of both private and public sector organizations.

You combine strategic thinking with deep technical expertise and strong stakeholder engagement skills, enabling you to advise and guide executive leadership and broader organizations through sustainable digital evolution. Close collaboration with clients is essential in this role, including on-site engagement whenever appropriate.

Responsibilities

Enterprise Strategy & Governance

• Define and maintain enterprise architecture principles, standards, and governance models that provide clear direction and consistency.

Commercial Engagement

• Contribute to pre-sales initiatives by co-designing technology approaches, defining solution strategies, and estimating delivery scope and workload.

Business & Technology Alignment

• Translate strategic business objectives into actionable technology roadmaps and architectural decisions (including DXP, commerce platforms, integration patterns, data platforms, and CDP solutions).

Portfolio Oversight

• Provide high-level coordination and visibility across large-scale programs, ensuring alignment and managing interdependencies.

Executive Advisory & Stakeholder Facilitation

• Support senior leadership in strategic decision-making and facilitate discussions at C-level.

Risk, Security & Compliance

• Ensure enterprise-level attention to security, regulatory compliance, and risk management considerations.

Organizational Change Enablement

• Guide organizations through structural and operational changes associated with technological innovation.

Ideal Profile

• You bring extensive experience in designing and implementing enterprise-scale architectures, supported by a solid strategic foundation across multiple business domains.

• You have a strong grasp of modern cloud strategies, API ecosystems, and data architecture, and understand their broader organizational implications.

• You communicate clearly and confidently, translating complex technical concepts into structured roadmaps and compelling narratives for executive stakeholders.

• You have experience operating in a strategic advisory capacity and are able to make well-founded architectural decisions based on enterprise assessments, capability evaluations, and long-term vision.

• You think conceptually and strategically, and can convert high-level ideas into structured architecture documentation as well as persuasive executive presentations.

• You have a keen sense of business priorities and can help organizations focus on the initiatives that deliver the highest strategic impact.

• You have experience supporting digital transformation initiatives and managing complex change processes within large organizations.

• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English, both spoken and written.
