As Epic Portfolio Lead, responsible for the operational coordination of the transformation roadmap for Savings & Payments.

Role within the team:

• Ensure that all change initiatives contribute to the strategy and profitability of the Savings & Payments division and support the leadership team in prioritizing initiatives. In doing so, you carefully weigh the costs and benefits of each initiative and also take into account the needs of other propositions and teams.

• You actively monitor the execution of the roadmap and take end responsibility for high-quality delivery.

• You functionally steer the epic owners and/or project managers and work together with them to ensure that epics and their underlying features are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• You ensure strong collaboration between IT and the business.

• You follow up on budgetary and administrative processes.

Ideal Profile

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in program and portfolio management (traditional or agile).

• Knowledge of business processes and products within the Family & Protection domain and a strong affinity with the broader IT landscape.

• Strong ability to develop a strategy and clearly communicate it at senior management level. You are also able to translate this strategy effectively toward both business and IT.

• Certification in PMI or SAFe, and you are comfortable organizing your own structure based on SAFe principles.

• You regularly follow trends and market developments within the financial sector.

• You understand Enterprise Architecture, including concepts such as capability mapping.

• Knowledge of portfolio management and financial governance principles.

• You are able to quickly familiarize yourself with new domains (both technological and business) and are flexible in taking on new challenges.
