Point of contact for business & IT questions regarding this insight.

  • Analyzing root causes of incidents. Short deadlines to know the impact & root cause as internal reporting to management is required asap. This can be very broad and range from an issue in the data feed that impacts all users to a very specific insight that shows an error for a particular user.

  • Answering business questions on our financial wellbeing solution. Being able to translate technical requirements into business language and business impact, and the other way around.

  • Tracking performance issues, sparring with our partner is required to solve these issues on the long run. We are looking for someone who can take the lead in this and make sure it gets solved.

  • Provide support to the business analyst, the application manager … We expect flexibility and cooperation from everyone in the team: if we have problems completing all the testing, you would need to step in. If there’s an issue with a feasibility, you also might need to step in.
