In the function of Functional Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing and translating business requirements into functional requirements, use cases and stories, formally detailing the workflows, diagrams. and business rules. Your ability to work with business stakeholders at the customer side will be essential. Being part of a Digital Transformation Program, you will be involved in developing innovative digital solutions that will contribute to better quality of life and health for the whole society. You will be involved in strategizing and supporting Product Team in developing new digital solutions for the customer.

You will be working independently, taking full ownership of your area of responsibility, reporting to one of our Project Management Leads.

Responsibilities

• Collect and understand the business requirements and translate those into functional requirements (proactive validate if the gathered information is interpreted and documented right)
• Gather business goals through engaging with clients. Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, and task and workflow analysis for major and minor projects
• Structurally translate and document client needs to technical teams
• Drive and challenge business stakeholders on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their business plans
• Identify and analyze interdependencies of functional and non-functional Requirements
• Identify and document constraints, assumptions and risks associated with business requirements
• Document gaps in projects whilst providing potential solutions
• Maintain timely communications to business stakeholders throughout the project life cycle to ensure common understanding of the requirements and the impact to the business area
• Ensure the technical team has everything in their hands to succeed
• Define acceptance criteria together with the business stakeholders
• Originate, shape, sell and deliver transformations for the clients you will be working with.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and customer’s side, to bring the best-in-class expertise and contribute as part of large transformation projects.
