We are looking for a Functional Analyst (with technical knowledge) to act as the bridge between our organization’s functional needs and the development team.

The goal of this position is to build expertise across various domains and deliver robust, well-thought-out solutions that both meet the business requirements and fit seamlessly within our technical landscape.

Responsibilities

• Build domain expertise: Become an expert in our platform and ensure that knowledge is effectively shared with the team and stakeholders.

• Bridge between business and IT: Translate business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for the development team.

• Ensure quality: Contribute proactively to the improvement of processes and systems to enhance efficiency and stability.

• Provide support: Work closely with technical specialists to ensure operational stability and implement continuous improvements.

• Maintain communication: Keep close contact with internal stakeholders and external partners such as Sopra, to ensure optimal collaboration and alignment.

Ideal Profile

• Proven experience as a Functional Analyst within an IT environment.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Knowledge of the following technologies and tools is an asset: UML, Enterprise Architect, Jira, SoapUI, Postman, API, REST, JSON, SOAP, XML, SQL, AKS, OAuth2, …
