Tasks
- Support on incidents, problems and change management
- User assistance for application functionality issues and knowledge
- Application technical error analyses and reporting
- EIM (Emergency Incident Management): Stand-by services to coordinate critical situations with applications
- Monitoring of application availability and messaging interface interruption
- Application configuration requests
- Application User account management
- Application and messaging testing verifications
- Keep all required documents up to date
- Participating in on-call schedule
