In this role, you support new software implementations and integrations (such as Business Central, CRM, and logistics tools) and assist in testing new functionalities before they go live.
You are responsible for our internal IT communication, providing training on Business Central, WMS, new tools, and cybersecurity, as well as creating clear manuals, FAQs, and digital procedures.
In addition, you develop clear reports on IT usage, incidents, and the overall security status, enabling continuous optimization of our systems.
You contribute ideas on how processes can be made smarter and more efficient through digitalization, and you work out concrete optimizations that facilitate the work of our teams.
You play an active role in implementing and optimizing AI solutions to make our digital operations future-proof.
Furthermore, you support your IT colleague across various domains such as daily IT management and system optimization, strategic IT planning, and security & compliance.
Ideal Profile
For this role, we are looking for someone with the following technical skills:
- Basic knowledge of ERP/WMS and CRM systems (knowledge of Business Central is a plus)
- Knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and Microsoft environments
- Experience with IT project management and change management
