As an IT Program / Project Manager, you are responsible for coordinating and steering large-scale infrastructure projects, including migrations towards shared or standardized service solutions. You oversee governance, planning, budget, and quality, and act as the central point of contact for all stakeholders involved.
You operate in a multi-team, multi-vendor environment, both locally and internationally, ensuring that all technical and organizational dependencies are properly managed. You take a proactive approach to risk management and are not afraid to critically challenge existing ways of working with a view to improvement and standardization.
Responsibilities
End-to-end management of IT infrastructure and transformation projects, from analysis and planning through delivery and post-implementation support.
Establishing and monitoring clear project structures, governance, and reporting.
Identifying and managing risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, with transparent communication to stakeholders.
Aligning and coordinating internal teams and external partners/vendors.
Supporting and guiding onshore and offshore teams within a hybrid collaboration model.
Actively contributing to the modernization of legacy environments towards standardized solutions.
Ensuring compliance with infrastructure standards, documentation requirements, and governance frameworks.
Ideal Profile
At least 7 years of experience as a senior IT Project or Program Manager, preferably in infrastructure or transformation contexts.
Proven experience in complex, multi-vendor environments.
Strong affinity with IT infrastructure and sufficient technical insight to accurately assess impact and dependencies.
Experience with governance, reporting, and senior-level stakeholder management.
