Project Management - operational
Start-up and supervision of projects such as:
SAP preparations
Optimization of the KWS (Clinical Workstation).
Oazis Tarfac modifications
AI pilot projects
Drafting of project charters including impact analysis, planning, estimation, scope and approach
Active follow-up of projects in collaboration with
ICT teams (applications, infrastructure, data & integration)
Key users
Suppliers
Planning and leading status meetings
Resolve bottlenecks and monitor time, scope and budget
PMO & Structuring
Support project leaders in their planning and approach
Develop an approach for small and medium-sized projects
Implement uniform procedures from request to approval and follow-up
Setting up CAB procedures for ICT changes (ITSM tool = Topdesk)
Management and elaboration of transport calendar for applications
Go-lives (technical & business)

Ideal profile
At least 5 years of experience as a project manager, preferably within a healthcare environment or hospital
Thorough knowledge of ICT processes in hospitals
Experience with tools such as SAP, KWS, Oazis and ITSM/Topdesk is an asset
Knowledge of change management, CAB, and project methodologies
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
Self-starter, pragmatic and hands-on
