Tasks

• Administration: Design, set up, and execute functional and technical tests (integration, regression, and system testing).

• Shift left: Actively contribute to refinements from the design phase onward, focusing on optimizing the QA approach and ensuring quality.

• Test documentation: Create and execute test scenarios and test plans. Document test results and follow up on defects in Azure DevOps.

• Risk analysis: Able to assess the risks and impact of bugs and provide advice on prioritization.

• Test Automation: Build and maintain automated tests for GUI and API (end-to-end and regression) using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Postman, and SoapUI.

• CI/CD pipelines: Integrate test automation within Azure DevOps environments.

• UAT: Guide and support (end) users during the testing process and validate test results.

• Communication: You enjoy working collaboratively in a team, proactively contribute ideas, ask critical questions to improve processes, share knowledge with fellow testers, and help strengthen quality standards through a solution-oriented approach.

Ideal Profile

• Strong foundation in software testing and interest in IT systems and integrations, with a focus on financial processes.

• Analytical, curious, able to make connections easily, and solution-oriented in your thinking.

• Experience with test documentation and defect management (preferably in Azure DevOps).

• Experience with test automation (GUI + API) and familiarity with CI/CD.

Nice to have

• Experience within SAFe or another Agile-based framework

• You hold an ISTQB Foundation certification

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with an interest in IT, or equivalent experience

• You have previously worked in a Microsoft Dynamics environment (focus on Finance & Operations)
