As a Tester within the Competence Center Delivery & Domain Support, you will be jointly responsible for safeguarding and improving the quality of our end-to-end solutions. You will work closely with business analysts, product owners, and development teams to ensure that solutions are delivered to production correctly, reliably, and with a strong focus on usability.

You will be part of the Competence Center Delivery & Domain Support and work within the Customer, Contact & CRM focus team, where in-depth CRM expertise is key. This team is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the Salesforce environment and related applications that support the operations of our client, with a strong focus on customer interactions and customer management.
As a tester, you will be part of one of the agile product teams within the Customer, Contact & CRM domain, where you play a key role in ensuring the quality of CRM solutions throughout their entire lifecycle. In addition to your testing activities, you contribute to effective team collaboration by facilitating alignment, promoting transparency, and driving continuous quality improvement within the team. In doing so, you help elevate both application quality and the maturity of team collaboration.
Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Testing
- Analyze requirements and user stories and identify potential risks
- Create and execute test scenarios (functional, regression, and end-to-end testing)
- Refine acceptance criteria together with analysts and product owners
- Ensure quality throughout the entire delivery lifecycle
Collaboration & Advisory
- Actively collaborate within an agile team
- Provide advice on testing approaches and testing strategies
- Identify risks and support release decision-making
Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the further professionalization of testing within the competence center
- Help define standards and best practices within the Testing Community
- Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of testing processes
- Support the team's day-to-day operations from the tester's perspective
- Collaborate with the Product Owner, Analyst, and the rest of the team to define the appropriate acceptance criteria and testing requirements for features and user stories
- Ensure the quality of applications delivered to end users
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve and automate testing processes
Ideal Profile
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in software testing
- Experience with manual testing and a strong interest in test automation
- ISTQB Foundation certification obtained
- Demonstrable experience and knowledge of customer-related processes
- Experience testing Salesforce applications
- Broad IT knowledge with strong expertise in:
