As a Software Engineer within our team, you will play a key role in maintaining, developing, and testing Java backend services that are essential to our payment infrastructure. These services integrate extensively with both external partners and internally developed applications.
You will also be actively involved in our ongoing modernization program, where we are migrating our applications to a new cloud environment based on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) using Terraform.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Architect and Functional Analyst to design robust solutions that fit within the existing application landscape.
Integrate with external systems and partners such as Sopra and Worldline to ensure seamless and reliable transaction processing.
Work as part of an Agile/Scrum team operating within the SAFe framework.
Ensure software quality by actively participating in the testing and validation of delivered code.
Continuously improve the codebase and development processes through code reviews, automation, and the implementation of best practices.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
At least 3 years of professional experience with Java and the Spring Framework.
Experience working with cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure.
Knowledge of financial systems and integration platforms such as Sopra is considered an advantage.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive attitude.
