We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to manage and optimize our globally available datacenter network environment with a strong focus on resilience, security, and minimal downtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a high-availability datacenter network with zero downtime.

• Lead and execute projects to enhance network security and resiliency.

• Diagnose and resolve network issues in a live production environment with minimal impact.

• Design and implement telecommunications solutions for both new and existing infrastructures.

• Build and maintain a lab/test environment mirroring the production setup.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to adjacent network devices (servers, firewalls, application firewalls, load balancers, etc.).

Skills

• 4+ years of experience in LAN/WLAN/WAN networking.

• In-depth knowledge of network protocols, routing protocols, and Layer 2/3 networking.

• Strong expertise in Cisco infrastructure, including:

• Cisco ACI environment

• Cisco DNAC environment

• Experience with Checkpoint/Palo Alto firewalls.

• CISCO CCNA/CCNP certification.

• Familiarity with Linux and Windows servers in a networked environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Language Requirements: English: Fluent (written & verbal) - Dutch: Fluent (verbal).

Preferred Qualifications

• Cisco CCIE/CCSE certification.

• Strong knowledge of network security, system security, and application security.

• Advanced expertise in Checkpoint/Palo Alto firewalls.
