The Portfolio Lead is a member of the Portfolio Planning & Delivery Management team and plays a critical role in supporting the Portfolio Planning and Delivery Management Manager, Epic Portfolio Leads (EPLs), Epic Owners and the Delivery Committee, improving Portfolio processes and reporting on global roadmap progress.

Expected Service

Portfolio Management

• Optimize a portfolio management vision from an agile methodology in close collaboration with the Epic Portfolio Leads and the Delivery Committee.
• Develop and improve portfolio methodologies, procedures, templates and tools.
• Manage and ensure cost guideline compliance.

Coaching

• Coaching EPLs and epic owners during day-to-day operations.

Knowledge Management

• Build, maintain and exchange portfolio management knowledge, methodologies, procedures, tools, ... by monitoring market trends in order to achieve market-compliant portfolio management.
• Maintain and manage documentation, reports and dashboards.

Support and advice

• Provide administrative and operational support to epic portfolio leads and epic owners.
• Provide advice regarding the use of project management tools and methodologies.

Reporting and tracking

• Monitor, monitor and report on available resources, change budgets and risks
• Oversee the progress of initiatives and verify that epics contribute to the intended business value.
• Enable the delivery committee to make informed decisions.

Stakeholder management: constructively engage stakeholders in developing and managing the portfolio.

• Collaborate with Finance and IT Financials team to obtain unified metrics.
• Collaborate with EPLs from all domains to achieve consistent operations and quality reporting.
• Collaborate with Epic Owners, IT managers, RTEs, ... in short, everyone involved in Delivery.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that epics and portfolios meet established quality standards and processes.

Ideal Profile

• 10 years of work experience and 5 - 7 years of portfolio management experience
• Experience in the banking industry.
• Experience in project accounting is a great asset.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and other Office tools. Knowledge of project management tools such as Clarity and Jira are nice assets.
