In our Employee Care program, we want to offer a new hospitalization insurance product, including outpatient care.

In that context, we need an external profile with knowledge and experience of claims processes for hospitalization insurance and preferably also for outpatient care.

Tasks

Design the claims processes, whereby the claims can be processed as automatically as possible, taking into account:

• Our current IT systems and our current way of working

• The impact on the workforce due to manual processing

• The impact on returns
