Manage the processes end-to-end
Define the process roadmap (desired state)
Design, document and maintain the processes (in line with audit/regulatory/COBIT guidance);
Define process measurements to ensure process quality, efficiency and effectiveness;
Analyse the processes and make suggestions on process improvements and process redesign;
Support the implementation of the improvements.
Cooperate with different stakeholders in defining the expected process maturity.
Accompany process (maturity) investigations/ triggered by audits/risk functions/regulators.
Ideal profile
5+ year of IT process management experience
Strong conceptual/analytical skills - being able to translate process requirements and concepts into solutions.
Change agent - Flexible, able to cope with change
Pragmatic attitude
Solution oriented and able to think outside of box
Diplomatic and able to reconcile differences in opinion
Convincing communication and diplomacy. Able to present, discuss and defend process related topics to any level (staff member, (senior) general manager, risk officer, auditor, …).
Open for international cooperation (fluent English communication).
Plus: Having knowledge on IT infrastructure, technology and processes, experience in ITIL, COBIT, ServiceNow, QlikSense, Project management skills
