Product Marketing Manager

The candidate is responsible for all launch activities and value messaging of their product(s) and for identifying, developing and delivering sales tools that support interactions throughout the sales journey. The candidate has a deep understanding of their products, customers, channel and target segments. It assures that product marketing activities and sales enablement tools support commercial objectives. The candidate measures their effectiveness to demonstrate the success. The candidate works with a cross-functional team of sales, product managers and communications specialists to convey the value proposition of your products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, project manages and implements innovative launch programs and enable the channel and regional teams to be successful.
  • Develop product collateral/tools, aligned closely with marketing and product managers, that communicate the product value proposition to different stakeholders.
  • Work with sales to determine the sales support tools needed. Identifies the most effective assets and manage the creation of these assets.
  • Responsible for correct presentation of our products on the Website
  • Check and validate all materials with our Regulatory team
  • Measure enablement activities to quantify the impact and success of materials and the overall program.
  • Track the competition for insights.
  • Own the global marketing plan for SUMO, aligned with the product marketing plan.
  • Lead the monthly Sales Comms
  • Manage and supports regular internal and external sales communications.
  • Own product lifetime (HW & SW) communications, from launch to End-of-life/End-of-service.


Ideal Profile

  • Master degree preferred (Bachelor)
  • Min. 5 years experience in similar role
  • Languages: English (others are extra)
  • Background in Healthcare, Medical Device or IVD
  • Fast learner
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Team player
