You will be driving the development of one of our product modules. This product is currently primarily used by financial organizations to manage the risk of using mathematical models.
However, with the EU AI Act just around the corner, we notice a large increase in demand from other types of organizations (e.g. medical device companies, energy companies, insurers, etc) that want to deploy high-risk AI use cases in the European markets. Part of your role will therefore be to ready the platform for these new use cases.
You will work very closely with the customer success team, that is responsible for successful implementation and serves as an interface to our customer base. You will also be working together with the sales team for specific, high-profile opportunities.
Responsibilities
Manage the roadmap based on the long-term vision of the CTO as well as input from the core product board that consists of representatives from the customer success, sales, product and information security teams.
Day to day management of the product team which is a multi-disciplinary team consisting of full-stack .NET developers, a UI/UX expert, a BA, a QA and a DevOps.
Understand in detail how our customers use the application
Building out -together with the People team- a long term strategy for team composition and upskiling
Further refining and monitoring the product quality as well as product complexity
Managing the release process of the product as well as all of its artifacts (including Terraform scripts, Helm charts, Docker images, product documentation and default product configuration)
Ideal Profile
Must
10Y+ experience as a product owner for an enterprise SaaS product that is developed in .NET, runs on k8s, and implements complex business logic
Provable experience in leading a multi-disciplinary and (partly) remote product team
Experience in managing external APIs
Located in Belgium, and ready to be at least 2 days per week in the office (Gent or Antwerp).
Fluent in English

Experience working in a scale-up company
Understanding of mathematical modeling or model risk management is a strong plus
Ambition to become product manager
Fluent in other languages (French, Dutch, German, Spanish or Portuguese)
