Task

• Responsible for developing and managing the digital tooling landscape from an agile methodology.

• Represent the voice of the customer in close collaboration with the product team to provide the architecture, setup, lifecycle and management of the product for the different applications. This in close collaboration with other teams as well as with suppliers.

• Constructively assist stakeholders in developing and managing the product in order to continuously and optimally translate expectations into the product vision.

• Coaching and guiding team members during daily operations and leading them towards effective realization of objectives.

• Help develop projects and pics into features and stories. Mapping the correct customer and service needs and translating them into the correct functional and non-functional requirements, ensures that the products and solutions are up-to-date, stable and of high quality in production.

• Report to the Manager Datawarehouse Platform on the progress of activities, issues and risks and the overall operation of the team.

Ideal Profile

• Experience in a similar role.

• Experience within Agile (SAFe) team operation and knowledge of associated concepts is a plus.

• Experience with data warehousing and data warehousing.

• A good command of the Dutch and English languages is necessary.
