Actively collect feedback and input to systematically integrate them.
Involve stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of a feature (e.g., from initiation to decommissioning).
Quality Assurance
Monitor and guide the development of features and stories together with the product team and involved managers. Identify customer and service needs and translate them, with the product team, into correct functional and non-functional requirements. This ensures that the product remains up-to-date, stable, and of high quality in production or in use.

Follow up and validate the Definition of Ready and Definition of Done for features, including approving go-live.
Reporting and Monitoring

5 to 7 years of experience bridging business and IT.
